Amitabh Bachchan to act in Malayalam opposite Mohanlal

Universal star Mohanlal, who got famous with the name Col Mahadevan in his films like Keerthichakra and Kurukshetra is back again with the third part of it. This new film that features Mohanlal once again in the military uniform will be directed by Major Ravi. This new film which is titled as Hijack will start it's shooting by the mid of this year.

The major thing to be noted with this film is that it may feature the BigB of Indian film industry, Amitabh Bachchan for the first time in a Malayalam film. It should be noted that Mohanlal had acted with Amitabh Bachchan in the Hindi film Aag, directed by Ram Gopal Varma. It should also be noted that both these legendary actors have great admiration for each other and they have mentioned it openly.

The other thing that makes this new film very interesting is that it may also feature either Vishal or Jayam Ravi from Tamil film industry as the buddy of Mohanlal in it. Talks are going on with all these stars to have them in this film and by this time we should also remember that the previous two films of director Major Ravi were one of the main reasons that helped Mohanlal to grab the Lt Col post in the Territory Army.
