The latest news to hear from the industry is that Bollywood beauty Sameera Reddy will play the female lead in the new Mohanlal starrer Oru Naal Varum. This new film will feature our Universal star Mohanlal back again as a simple common man, who wishes to build his dream house, but is pulled down by corruption all around.
It should be noted that Sameera has actually alloted her dates for another Mohanlal starrer, Casanova but unfortunately that film get shelved due to some unknown reasons. Now in this film she will play the role of wife to the charater played by Mohanlal. Once Mohanlal completes the first schedule of Joshy's Christian Brothers, he will join the sets of this new film.
The other notable thing with this film is that the script of it will be handled by Sreenivasan and will be directed by T K Rajeev Kumar. Sreenivasan himself will play a notable character in this film also. Shooting for this new film will start on February 14 in Thiruvananthapuram.
