As the Chief of the Metro Crime Division (MCD), Chandrashekhar doesn't seem to carry the zeal andintensity for his duty as he would in the past. Possibly arising because of his unhappy relationship with his wife, although he adores his daughter.
On a regular working day, he receives a strange letter from an admirer who considers him a"hero". A letter intending to evokeChandrasekhar's preceding courage and valor. The admirer explains in his letter that he wishes to play a game that would revive his bravery; hence he is required to visit the beach of Aavanikkotta.

The next day when Chandrashekhar reaches the location he is astounded to realizethe murder of a woman named Alice and beside her lies an alphabet book with the letter 'A' crossed out.
In an alphabetically descending order, the killer is out murdering people till he reaches letter 'D'. Chandrasekhar's wife and daughter's name begin with the same letter and therefore he findshimself trapped in a game that needs him to protect his family.

Along with direction, Blessy has also written the story and screenplay for PRANAYAM.  The Producers of PRANAYAM are Mr. and Mrs. Sajeev P.K, an NRI malayalee couple. Sajeev has explicitly said that he is aiming to make PRANAYAM a movie that would go deep into the minds of the audience and spread the magic of love. Love, companionship and togetherness are all integrated to form the underlying theme of the film.

China Town Malayalam Movie Preview

After their big hit 'Hello' with Mohanlal, director duo of slapstick comedies Rafi and Mecartin are getting ready with the new movie with the superstar in the title 'China Town'. This time, the movie will be a multistarrer which will also have two other Mollywood actors with great comedy timing 'Dileep and Jayaram' in the lead roles.

As the name implies there are 'China Town's in every parts of the world where every illegal activities are permitted. Here the movie 'China Town' set in Goa, tells the tale of a township where gambling is legally permitted in India. Into this world of this absolute freedom ruled by Mafia dons and Club leaders, arrives three youngsters from three different parts of Kerala with a particular purpose in mind. Mohanlal, Dileep, and Jayaram plays Mathukutty, Benoy and Zackharia the sons of three illustrious fathers, who are into Goa on a mission.

Mathukutty who hails from Idukki was a known goonda, who has changed ways recently and is in spiritual travels these days. Mohanlal will appear in double roles in the movie as Mathukutty, and also his father. Sankar and Jose will come up as the father of Benoy and Zakharia.

Zackariah is a sales manager in an automobile company. His only weakness is money, for which he is ready to do anything.

Benoy is the youngster with a romantic heart, who is even ready to love more than a girl at the same time.

The movie has plenty of heroines including Kavya Madhavan, Poonam Bajwa, Lakshmi Gopalswamy and Dipasha. Kavya appear as Emily, the only daughter of a Casanova owner at Goa. Mohanlal is her hero in the movie, in fact the second coming together of the duo after their previous hit 'Maadambi'. Roma appears as Rosamma, who is living under the care of Mathukutty.

Deepasha is the daughter of Mumbai business man in the movie. This is her debut movie in Mollywood. Suraj will appear in a full length role in the movie, as Chandran, an assistant to Zakharia. The other highlight of the movie include Bizzo Lizorr, a Bulgarian Sumo wrestler who was the former world champion, weighting around 250 kilos.

The movie will have music by Jassie Gift, while Azhagappan handles the cinematography.

Produced by Antony Perumbavoor in the banner of Aashirwad cinema, 'China Twon' will be an offering for this Vishu.

Malayalam movie Christian Brothers Preview

After Twenty Twenty, another multi starer, Christian Brothers that features Universal star Mohanlal, Dileep, Suresh Gopi, Tamil actor Sarath Kumar, Kavya Madhavan, Kaniha, Lakshmi Rai, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy etc in the lead is all set to release on this coming Friday, March 18th. This new film will be the first ever Malayalam film to have a worldwide release, in around 300 centers.

This new Malayalam movie, Christian Brothers, directed by veteran Joshiy and produced in combine by Subair of Varnachitra Big screen and A V Anoop of AVA productions features the script written by the most successful script writers in Malayalam, Sibi K Thomas and Uday Krishnan. This big budget movie was in the making for a long time and had to overcome a lot of obstacles in it's way.

Christian Brothers is all about a Christian family –the prestigious Palamattam Tharavadu, whose current heir, a patriotic Major Varghese (Sai Kumar) and his two daughters and two sons. The eldest of them, Christy (Mohanlal) is a police informer working at Mumbai. Even no one in his home know what he is doing in Mumbai and brand him as a good for nothing son. His younger brother is Jojy (Dileep) who has already jumped out of seminary, to realize his love affair with a local girl. Varghese who has lost hope in his sons is now eager to marry off his daughters Jessy (Lakshmi Gopalswamy) and Stella (Kaniha), to some influential families. But all was not going well within the family as certain old enmities has sprout up to create havoc for Varghese and his dreams about a peaceful retired life.

Suresh Gopi and Sarath Kumar appear in key points as pivotal characters, who have a big say in the events portrayed in this film. The writers has opted for a different style of storytelling this time, focusing on various characters one after another and then linking the stories together at a certain point of time. The several twists and turns in the story will change the shade of characters, as they may not be the same as movie progresses through events and viewpoints.

In Christian Brothers, apart from the lead ones it also features a whole lot of artists from the Malayalam film industry like Biju Menon, Devan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Sai Kumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Babu Antony etc. The movie is cinematographed by Anil Nair, who is for the first time working with Joshy. Kaithapram has penned the lyrics while Deepak Dev is in charge of the music section. Three of the songs in this film has now already become the chartbusters, especially that 'Sayyave' song.

Since this new film, Christian Brothers is yet another multi starer, it is sure to fetch a thunderous initial week colletion and as per the reports from the insiders, this film is a sure superhit because it features almost every ingreients in right mix that a normal film lover expects from such a movie. The much awaited magnum opus in Malayalam film industry, Casanova is coming.. This new Malayalam film starring our God's own Superstar Mohanlal has started it's shooting @ Dubai and is progressing at a brisk pace. This new Mohanlal starer is expected to be the most expensive film in the history of Malayalam film industry and will see a much wider release for a Malayalam film ever.

Casanova, directed by the notable director Roshan Andrews is his fourth film in all. Just like his previous films, this film too is expected to make a good response among the family audiences. This new film, Casanova seems to be a confident presentation from the director who had been on this scripts for the last two years. Scripted by Bobby-Sanjay, who had been with Roshan for their earlier movie Notebook, Superstar Mohanlal will appear in a flourishing title role which may bring back his perfect timing of the golden days in natural acting.

With his penchant for the good life, it is little wonder that four enterprising young criminals decide to use him in their quest for some quick money.

The movie features Shriya Saran, Lakshmi Rai, Roma, Priyanka and co in the female lead. While Jagathy Sreekumar plays his faithful assistant, Lalu Alex is in a pivotal supporting role. Four fresh faces star as the gang who tries to beat the master and four newcomers join in as pivotal female characters. The movie is scripted by Bobby-Sanjay, whose initial films have created big impressions. The movie according to the scriptwriters underlines the effect of love in our lives, and that love will heal all crimes.
