Mohanlal with the Pokkiriraja team...

A new Malayalam movie featuring our God's Own Superstar Mohanlal is in the pipeline. It is hearing that the young director Vyshakh is planning a new film with our Lalettan. Everyone must be familiar with Vyshakh, who had directed so far this year's top grosser Pokkiriraja, which was his debut film as an independent director.

Some close sources reports that Vyshakh had approached his Pokkiriraja script writers, Sibi-Udayan team for a script that will suit the current image of Mohanlal. Vyshakh and his writers are also planning to make this new movie a much bigger entertainer than their previous film. Though, this report is not yet confirmed by any related persons, expectations starts to build up about this new movie featuring Mohanlal with the team of Pokkiriraja.

If this new Malayalam film happens, then it will be for the very first time that our Mohanlal will feature as a solo hero for a script by Sibi-Udayan team. Though, the team had joined together for some films like Kilukkam Kilukilukkam, Twenty Twenty, Christian Brothers etc, all these films were multistarers.

Even if this film happens, it will take a long time before the shooting gets started since all of them are busy with their already committed projects. Mohanlal will have to finish his films like Casanovva, China Town, Cousins etc and Vyshakh is now busy with his second film, Seniors, which starts it's shooting last week. Also the script writers are busy with some other projects in Malayalam. So let's wait for this new film to happen...

Meanwhile, Sibi-Udayan teams upcoming film, Christian Brothers that features Mohanlal along with Dileep, Suresh Gopi, Sarath Kumar etc will get released on January 26, 2011.
