Mohanlal to play both father and son in 'Talkies'

The latest news that comes out in relation to our God's own Superstar Mohanlal is that, he will be handling a double role in his upcoming film Talkies. This new Malayalam film, to be directed by Shajoon Kariyal will once again feature Mohanlal as father and son for one more time.

This new film Talkies, is all about Raveendran Nair, who owns a small movie house named as Kamala Talkies in a remote village. This film gives us a detailed report about the hard things suffered by the Theater owners in now a days. The central character Raveendran Nair and his father, who is a Singapore return will be played by our lalettan.

In past, films like Raavanaprabhu, Photographer, Udayon, Uncle Bun, Sobharaj etc have featured our Mohanlal in the father-son relationship. This new mohanlal starer, which is scripted by S Suresh Babu is all set to kick start within a short period of time.
