Universal star Mohanlal's new Malayalam film, Oru Naal Varum has started its shooting in Thiruvananthapuram. Well known director T K Rajeev Kumar is directing this film, which will bring Mohanlal back again as a common man. Script of this film was written by Sreenivasan.

Bollywood beauty Sameera Reddy is the heroine of Mohanlal in this film. Popular actor Manian Pilla Raju is producing this film. Besides Mohanlal and Sameera Reddy, this film also features Sreenivasan, Manian Pilla Raju, Suraj Venjaranmoodu, Nedumudi Venu etc..
